ABOUT

Michelle is an educator, photographer, and multidisciplinary artist whose work is rooted in authenticity, emotion, and human connection. With 10 years of experience teaching across K–12 settings and over 15 years behind the camera, Michelle brings a rare blend of structure and sensitivity to every space she enters.

Her photography shot on both digital and film leans toward candid, real moments, expressed through beautiful, dark, and romantic tones. Her emotive portraits are known for holding a quiet intensity, often speaking to the viewer long after the moment has passed.

Beyond the lens, Michelle works in paint, graphite, and soft textile sculptures, exploring texture and storytelling through multiple mediums. She has completed a seven-month artist residency and created a city-recognized public mural, expanding her creative practice into community-based art.

Michelle holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Art Education with a minor in Educational Psychology. She is now channeling her experience into higher education and academic services. Her work, whether in classrooms, studios, or campus space, is guided by a belief in the power of creativity to transform people and connect communities.
